Availability may vary by restaurant and may be subject to local conditions, inventory, operating hours or other reasonable limitations.

Photographs, videos, menu descriptions and other visual materials published on our website are intended to represent the El Asadero experience.

Actual food presentation, portions, ingredients, accompaniments, packaging or appearance may vary by restaurant or occasion.

4. Promotions, Contests & Giveaways

From time to time, El Asadero may organize contests, giveaways, seasonal promotions and community activities as a way to celebrate, share and thank the customers and communities that support us.

These activities are intended to be enjoyable, fair and conducted in good faith.

Participants must reasonably follow the instructions established for the applicable promotion.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted outside the applicable participation period or that do not reasonably comply with the announced instructions may be considered ineligible.

4.2 No Purchase Necessary

Unless expressly stated otherwise and permitted by applicable law, no purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win an El Asadero promotional giveaway.

Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

4.3 Eligibility

4.4 Winner Selection

El Asadero may make up to three (3) reasonable attempts to contact a potential winner using an available communication method associated with the promotion, including telephone, email or social media direct message, where applicable.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted after three reasonable attempts, does not respond within the communicated period, does not meet the applicable participation requirements, declines the prize or cannot reasonably verify the winning entry, the prize may be forfeited.

In that case, El Asadero may select another eligible participant as an alternate potential winner.

4.6 Fair Participation

El Asadero may exclude entries involving fraud, false information, impersonation, fake or duplicate accounts, automated participation, manipulation or other conduct that reasonably interferes with the fairness of a promotion.

4.7 Prizes

The prize associated with each promotion will be communicated through the applicable promotional announcement.

Unless otherwise stated, prizes are intended for the selected winner and may not be exchanged for cash.

If an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons reasonably outside El Asadero's control, El Asadero may substitute it with another item or benefit of comparable value where permitted by applicable law.

4.8 Unexpected Circumstances

El Asadero may reasonably modify, postpone, suspend or cancel a promotion when technical problems, platform interruptions, fraud, errors, events outside our reasonable control or other unexpected circumstances make it impractical or unfair to continue the promotion as originally announced.

4.9 Social Media Promotions

Promotions communicated through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other social media platforms will be organized by El Asadero unless another sponsor is expressly identified.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the applicable social media platform.

Participants are also responsible for complying with the rules and policies of the social media platform used to participate.

5. Third-Party Services
